This is a clip from "Spooks" with Richard Armitage and Rupert Penry-Jones.

Geeky technical info: I used a med-high data rate XviD file, converted it to DV MOV (PAL) so it would open nicely in Final Cut Express 4. Then I applied several different filters and effects, and added a really hideous border on top of that.

There are various filters applied, and combinations of filters. The ones with the big pink DEMO text on them are from Nattress: http://www.nattress.com/Products/BigBox/Bigbox.htm I think I'm going to have to get myself these as a belated Christmas present! LOL. Natress filters will work in both Final Cut Express and Final Cut Pro.

I saved the video as 1280x720 (HD) in Final Cut Express, 2000 data rate, H.264 codec, MOV container, and you see the result here.
