Video edited selections of the Band of Brothers episode "Why We Fight" set to Rush's "Red Sector A."

Some vulgarity included and these depictions of the Holocaust are graphic and realistic.

  • I'm 40 years old, but I would use every last breath I had today to fight for these people.

  • I cant stop watching this. Rush can create a mood like no other band in the world. The images are powerful, and the music fits them perfectly. With Geddy's parents being Holocaust survivors, I can only imagine the emotions that would be invoked if he were to see this. The world must never let this kind of thing happen again.

  • Even though im only 21 i love rush.... My dad has been listening to it since he was a child.. And when i was a kid and i couldnt sleep he would put it on and i would get calm and fall asleep... even to this day rush still makes me feel safe

  • This is excellent. Great video.

  • Thank you for making this video. I choke up up every time I watch it. Very moving....

  • Came here looking for a live performance of this song, and found this video. WOW!

I've always considered this song a powerful statement on its own, but adding the Band of Brothers footage to it just takes it to a whole other level... Bravo EdisKrad, well done mate.

  • Love the video, but the fading gets annoying. Rush rocks, big time.

  • This video is great!! This video is very powerful!!

  • I'm almost speechless! This is one of the most powerful vids I've ever seen, and it ought to be mandatory somewhere within our school system. I applaud the hell out of you for constucting this!

  • I was actually looking for red army in band of brothers. Is it just a simple fact that we didn't give them much credit for WWII? We seemingly humanized the Nazis more than them. I know we had the cold war with them shortly afterwards, but come on!

  • @humansare666

I don't know how old you are. I'm 40 and as such, I have been witness to similar acts of barbary in my lifetime in Yougslavia and Rwanda...

  • This video is an eye-opener, and it makes me angry. Why? Beause we allowed the Holocaust to happen. Why? Because we're human. That's what shits me.

Humanity wears a huge stain. We make the same mistakes over and over again.

I'd have given anything to help those poor, suffering people of Eastern Europe. Those were our brothers and sisters and we neglected them?!

    Why?
