Great, great looking bike !!! Question, does it ever stall on you in tighter stuff ? or does the FI just work great for that ?

No...so far I have not had any issues with stalling. It works great! Stock suspension is a little soft but works perfect for desert racing. The only issue I have had was the 10 micron fuel filter plugging up. KTM has since changed the filter to a 20 micron which has fixed the problem. Overall this is the best bike I have owned so far. I have owned at least 40 bikes so far. Currently I own two KTM's.... 2012, 500xcw, 08, 530xcrw (2) 2012 KX450's a 2007 XR650 and a 2008 CRF250.

@superman1s Wow, that's great. So you think it would be a good bike even for tighter harescramble stuff ? I ride in Missouri and Florida. So I ride tight woods stuff in MO and then fast Woods stuff in FL. So I am looking to buy a all around bike. KTM 300 XC will work but I have read good stuff about your bike. I was worried about stalling but you and another have told me not so much. Again awesome bike ! Looks like this is David Knights favorite bike too !

Go for the 500 you will love it. I am racing mine this Sunday. It's the annual King of Desert race, 150 miles, should be fun.... FYI, I had a 2011 300xc. I did not care for it. Couldn't get use to the lack of torque and I didn't like having to mix the gas, also not nearly as fast as the 500
