I actually would have missed the video had it NOT been DMCA'd. That's right, The DMCA made sure that I get to see it, again, and again, and again. Streisand effect is a bitch!!!

It's a small wonder that the DMCA is used so successfully by bullies and little dictators wanting to censor any critical noise. It was designed for that very purpose. Big media, the MAFIAA and several large globally operating companies, including Google, are very happy with it and the power it provides them with over mere mortals. And small bullies flock to this underhand denial of free speech almost by default.
Action must be two fold, 1. prosecute the bullies and 2. attack the DMCA itself.

I just uploaded my OWN copy of this! hahahaha this is just perfect. the lying hypocrite who can't even see his own hypocrisy when it is immediately juxtaposed to his previous claims. BRILLIANT! This is the kind of guy who would have unbelievers burned at the stake if he only had lived 300 years ago.

The reason they remove a DMCA before review (they don't review it) is because of their "Safe Harbor" legal status. If they review and THEN take down the video, they are then taking a position, rather than being legally neutral.
Don't blame youtube for how they have to handle Copyright, blame copyright holders who lobbied the government to pass a shitty bill like the DMCA. Really, lets address or comment on the correct issue.
