In this dirty business there is only money that counts. There is NO compassion, kindness nor respect. Mankind is exploiting EVERY life with No mercy nor remorse.

Sadly, this archaic industry continues to be propped up through special tax breaks. This is an article from The Tucson Weekly:
"Arizona racing operations like Tucson Greyhound Park enjoy 15 years of subsidies"
It shows how, "for nearly 15 years, Tucson Greyhound Park and other Arizona racing facilities have gotten an almost-free tax ride, thanks to the generous citizens of our fair state." Furthermore, the racing industry also leaves taxpayers to shoulder the lion's share of regulatory costs

this is so sad :( how can ppl be so cruel to these kind and gentle animals? i kno the ppl who did this wouldnt want to be treated like that, its not fair to those dogs

I sincerely hope that some changes will be forced onto the owners of the establishment and fines instituted. They are deliberately breaking the law and treating animals poorly to cut costs. Thank you, Grey2K for uncovering this footage.
