Just solo'd this on my 80 Blood Tank.

Simple fight, keep diseases up and always Death Strike. I popped my CDs and Gift of the Naaru (Draenei) when I got the hit reduction curse.

Fight becomes even more easy at Phase 2 when he mounts Midnight.
