I'm glad I found someone else doing this pattern. I call it the granny
pentagon. Now I know the real name of this pattern.

I've seen many of your videos & for some reason I liked this 5 sided granny very much. I've finished 13 rounds... it has come out very well. Thank you! I'm going to put it as a wall hanging :)

I'm working on a pentagon to use as a christmas wall hanging.
I'm using gold, green, red, and white for it. It should look pretty
nice when I get done with it.

@madisonvillegirl1 Please share a picture when you get it complete.

i found this one hard to piece together. if you piece them along the sides, you would have to make a ten sided motif for the center tile, or a star depending on how you place them. if you have pictures of how to piece one, that would be a help.

Working with them solid will be a challenge. Adding a chain edging will give the motif more flexibility to fill in the odd shapes.

I would love to see how you put an afghan together with these. Do you have one done up that you could show us? Thanks for all the awesome videos!

Each side is either sewn or crocheted together just like the granny square afghan tutorial I have done. The only difference is that this one can be pieced together in many different shapes.
