Hi, sorry i've been M.I.A lately but I'm back! and I uploaded a short one-shot for you all :D

We stepped off the bus laughing and thanking the terminally grumpy bus driver. I swung my bag over my shoulder and felt it wack agaisnt something. I turned round, ready to apologise to whoever I had hit and saw Nick standing there eyebrow slighty raised. I blushed a light pink and mumbled an apology. He didn't reply but walked past us into the towering building and students milling around us.
I turned back around to Emily and Mitchel, ready to moan to them about the rudeness of new students but they had disappeared.
"What the.." I muttered, spinning around to see if I could find them again. "Fine then." I started walking towards the building, glaring at all the new freshman as I barged past them to homeroom. I flounced into the room to see Emily and Mitchel sitting at their tables talking to eachother.
"Guys! You totally left me."
"Oh erm, well we saw you were talking to the new kid, so we wanted to give you some alone time?" Emily told me.
"Sure. Or maybe you guys are so in to eachother that you don't notice anyone or anything else." I slumped down in my seat just as Nick strolled into the room. Of course.
This was a terrible first day, and it hasn't even started yet. "Hey Joe. I'm up here!" Demi called up to Joe when he came round. Soon enough Joe's heavy footsteps were pounding up the stairs. My stomach was doing butterflies just from the sound. I sat up on my bed, as I had been lieing down finishing up on my last bit of homework. Homework on the first day. Teachers are so cruel sometimes.
"Hi Dems" Joe's sweet face poked through the door. He smiled his angelic smile and walked into the room, heading for Demi's bed opposite mine. "Hi Miley" He gave me a breif smile before returning his gaze at Demi.
I read somewhere before that boys avoid looking at girls they like incase their feelings are revealed. I gave myself a secret smirk and got back to my work.
"Oh my gosh Joe, did you see the new sophmore guy? He is so hot." Demi flung herself back on the bed over dramatically.
"Oh, isn't his name Dick or something?" Joe said staring down at her.
I laugheed loudly at his joke, his name may not be Dick, but he had certainely acted like one.
Demi and Joe paused in their conversation and looked over at me. I coughed and looked down at the bed, fiddling with my hair.
"Right... And no Joe, his name is Nick!" Demi sighed blissfully to herself.
"You seriously like a guy 2 years younger than you?" Joe asked incrediously.
"Well, why not, he's hot." She giggled and turned herself onto her stomach "And why do you care Joe, jealous?" She teased picking up a magazine from the floor. Joe's eyes followed her as she leaned down and when she had returned to her postion, his eyes ran down her body.
"Haha, no Demi I'm not jealous. I just know that when you're only 15 guys only have one thing in mind, and if a chick 2 years older than you pats her eyelashes at you, than you are a goner."
I sighed to myself, he was so sensitive. I could see our wedding in my head now. I was dressed in a long white gown, he in a tux with a rosie pink bow tie.
"Miley! What are you staring at?!" I looked up startled and found my eyes had been resting on Joe's you-know-where region. Oh my god. I had never been so embarassed.
