  • I am just happy to hear people talking about PF. It's been a silent killer and now we are beginning to get attention and from those who can actually put some power behind their concern!

We don't all die within 5 years of diagnosis. Many live 10, 16, years or more. I've been stable for over 5 years, since March, 2006. There still is no cure or treatment. Let us take this as seriously as we can and help where we can!

Learning it can be a familial disease adds to the fear. God Bless us all.

  • Well I watched the video and I'm glad someone is noticing this as a real killer. When I went to my pulmonologist the other day he said he would come to my home if I needed him to. It was then I realized my portraits of my children I was going to paint and the old project truck were not going to happen. It's a tough world when you have a real want to in life but the can't do stops you. I hope they find a cure for this soon so the children of my grandchildren can skip the worry and the depression.
