What does beer look like when yeast is consuming it's sugars, converting it to alcohol? Here you can see the movement of the young beer being worked on, as well as what trub and krausen looks like. All-Citra session IPA, should finish right at 5%.

  • I've got an all citra pale that is about ready to meet 2 oz of dry hops. I have heard alot of mixed feelings on all citra recipies. Most of the criticism is that it is very one dimensional. If you bottle condition, i'd imagine you will be trying this in the next few weeks. Shoot me a reply with your thoughts! What were your ibu's on this one?
