  • @WSchaferJR

Thank you... I was just having fun in the studio.

  • Hi, greetings from Brazil! Nice video! Can you tell us if this guitar has any kind of grounding noise or hiss when using only nylon sound through 1/4" output jack? Even when you don't touch the strings and the volume pot is open is it a quiet circuit? Thanks!

  • @tiagotommyguitars

Yes... I'm very impressed at how clean it is. The stack tone nobs allow you to really dial in some great tones too. I am not hearing any major his.

  • @tiagotommyguitars It's a midi integrated , by Carvin@ , 2 jacks input ! 1/4 (standard) and 13 pins line ! for Midi ! You can combined this 2 kind of sounds , acoustic nylon and Midi together in same time !!! . It's the best guitar in the world I understand why he have a big SMILE , me too when I received my mine , I have same smile like Drew ! (I have SH575(electric,acoustic,Midi) blue and green guitar on my avatar youtube )

The Carvin Smile... I love that. I'm thinking about redoing this video maybe... D

  • @brads1310 ..That's the Carvin smile dude .. everyone who owns at least one has it ! .

The GR-55 is very cool. Still new to me though. I do think there are some amazing presets in there that would work for TV, etc... The lopper is just a small feature. 20 secs. You can also connect the Carvin to a Mac and do even more. I am huge Logic fan. I like that I can plug straight in and get some great guitar tones quickly. Connecting it USB is where the adventure really takes off.

But as a stand alone Nylon string it sounds amazing as well through my FISHMAN LOUDBOX MINI.
