My frenchie does this exact same thing. He is 3. He does not get red though. He is on an antibiotic for a rash and I think that might have something to do with it. I really think its some sort of muscle spasm but I dont know what brings it on. My dog usually has it in the morning. I wonder if he is dehydrated bc he sleeps under the covers.
