Misled By False Standards

Many noble souls are deceived and misled by the wrong standard. Some are taught that just so they live a good moral life and occasionally do a good deed like the good Samaritan, they will go to heaven at death. But they overlook the positive law of Christ: "Ye must be born again. Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God" (John 3:5), "and not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven" (Matt. 7:21). "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved" (Mk. 16:16).

How clearly does the Bible teach that all men must enter into Christ's body. He is the true vine and we are commanded to enter into Him and abide in Him. Our good deeds are ever to be commended, but they must be done in the name of Christ. When Christ's law comes to the heart, the good conscience will not rest, but urge men to enter into Christ's kingdom and follow no longer the false standard. Thousands of good people have been and are being misled by men's creeds and confessions of faith.

  • Jesus said, those that are led by the Spirt, they are the children of God. Rapture, baptism, OSAS, all end at this verse. If you are led by doctrine, Pastor, denomination, ritual you are NOT lead by the Spirit!

  • Thanks for your comment. Just continue to study the Word of God..The bible says, "...The words that I speak to you are spirit and are life." (Joh 6:63 ). " Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly..." (Col 3:16)...and "Everyone transgressing and not abiding in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the DOCTRINE of CHRIST, he has both the Father and the Son." (2Jn 1:9)

    God Bless...

  • This is absolute rubbish, im glad it has only had 186 hits!!!!!!!!

Baptism DOES NOT SAVE YOU! Baptism is a work and there is NOTHING we can do. FAITH ALONE.

May God have mercy on your soul!

    Galatians 2:16

Was anyone saved through circumsision??? No!

Baptism is a sign of the new covenant.

Man on Cross next to Jesus. Not baptised, in paradise.

    Nuff Said.

  • Pls. read James 2:24 in your Bible...thanks

    God Bless
