  • Throw a rock! FRAG OUT!

  • @danr9595 I've tried working in similar conditions. Having a rifle on you makes the mission go slower towards the objective. What these Marines forgot was to have over-watch. However, HE equipment in the Corps do not have gun tripods. (2006). Many are Vietnam-Era, too. So, where does the machine-gun go then? Personally, I would always have a gunner ready at all times.

  • @jsdptenis A simple explanation: The training that the Marines go through prepares them mentally for situations like this. For example, the 'unit cohesion' training gave them the flexibility to 'joke around' in times like this. I'm sure that if given the same training, any civilian would react like these Marines. Not preparing for it, mentally, you'll find strangers in the same condition acting dumb. Just look at drive-by vids, you'll see what I mean.

  • @cowerbdz Technically, they are classified in the Engineer field...13_ _. HE is part of the combat engineer team. I have nothing but love for those Marines. They have come through on many combat engineer projects in the past.

  • @nemo770 You got that right! Intelligence is tested when in the battlespace. Fortunately for most Marines, we train like we're at war constantly, with the type of hectic schedule that is prescribed. No doubt, it's a tough career. Semper Fidelis requires being a smartie-pants, for sure.

  • @theunsuspecting Marine Engineers actually do some good work. Are you forgetting that every Marine is a rifleman. You should save your 'moto 03' for the enemy, Marine. As an engineer, it's fun to help others by blowing shiet up. I would consider this an advantage in any war. Get off your high horse, 03. We're all in it to win it. Semper Fidelis.

  • @cchanderson

you're an idiot. nobody goes CONDITION 1 in training environment. did you stay at a fucking holiday inn express last night that made you some kind of Marine Expert??? i'd like to see a video of your fat ass in your cubicle working so i can dissect your flaws.

    6. there are ROE's and firing back without PID gets you court martialed
