  • This is an impressive demonstration by people at both extremes of the age spectrum - very nice. It shows what we are capable of. Thank you for the post.

  • i would trade me soul to have the honour of being trained as a sholin.

  • yeah shaolin has a special move translated into "steel head" where they litterally use their head to break things or attack. They train everyday with hitting their heads on sand bags, walls, etc. a shaolin monk's head is around 4 times stronger than regular humans. And since the head is most important, so the skull protecting it must be hard

  • Shaolin Monks on Jay Leno 1998

  • This kid and his shifu appeared on Jay Leno later in life.

  • Master Feng is incredible.

  • Just thought I'd carlify that this is quite an old video. The boy in this video is my current Kung Fu master, Shi Yan Feng, who's somewhere in his 20s. He's in Houston now and is teaching the kung fu arts publicly at his school :)

  • lmao when that kid drop while doing the leg thing o was like "o shit" it went hard -blomp- but tight as fucked :3

  • i train 4 times a week streche but im not flexible ....shiiiit.

  • @Neverdweller that sounds like useful information, but can you please explain it a bit more or easier (I`m not a native english speaker,so I dont quite get what you mean by that dragon and horse stances)

  • @Dragonfighta holding very low stances on a regular basis can help your balance and strength, such as "dragon" stance and horse stance
