@violet101 No, he doesn't mean "with." He means "to." You've heard the phrase "from the bottom of my heart?" When you love someone so much, it feels like it's with all that you are, your entire being. So, it's loving them "to the depths of your soul."
-
@MiaCharlie101 It was played in 1998 in France and Quebec :)
-
@violet101 Hum I don't understand such nuances in English, but in French it means that his soul/body/heart, his everything fully belong to him
-
"i belong to you to the depths of my soul" hmm what does that mean? does he mean WITH the depths of my soul?

Garou is just gah! Brilliant! I think it's rare to find singers who aren't afraid to contort their faces into (quite frankly, slightly unattractive) faces in order to properly portray the emotions they're singing about. Perfection.

When was this on and where? I would love to have been able to watch in person!
You're all right. Nobody could have been more perfect than Garou for this character. Notre Dame De Paris managed to be damn powerful.
