Porto Drum Battle 2011 - D-Ogre vs Bada - Part III

Video featuring the 3rd and final part of the epic drum battle between Diogo Pereira (aka D-Ogre from Holocausto Canibal, Decrepidemic, Grunt) and Rui Silva (aka Bada).

It was during May 2011 at Oporto. The facilities and logistics were kindly provided by Miguel Ralha from MISSOM DRUMSTICKS, video was provided by Enes and sound engineer was Tiago Ralha.

Both drummers are endorsed by Missom Drumsticks, each one with their own signature model. Bada's model is still under development and D-Ogre's model is currently on the market under the name Blastophilia.

The gear used by each drummer:
Bada was playing a Mapex Saturn kit with Istanbul Mehmet cymbals, Pearl Eliminator pedals and Missom prototype signature drumsticks.

D-Ogre was playing his recently replaced Sonor Sonic Plus II kit. Features also Paiste Alpha cymbals, Evans Drumheads, Puresound percussion, Axis AL-2 pedals, Gibraltar hardware and his own signature Missom drumsticks BLASTOPHILIA.

This video had the purpose to get together 2 drummers from opposite extremes of music jamming together in a fine afternoon with nice mood, friends and drums. We believe that the goal was achieved and over 1 hour of footage was filmed, time which both drummers considered to be very educational.
