Todd Brown, the father of Carol Anne Brown, talks about bipolar disorder causing his daughter to commit suicide. Carol Anne, who lived in Culpeper. was a Germanna Community College student. It was part of a panel discussion at GCC about Depression and Suicide. October, 2011 is National Depression Awareness Month. The panel was moderated by Ed Jones of The Free Lance-Star.
