Episode #2: Getting your glutes and core engaged is crucial to running performance. These are 3 simple med ball excercises (5kg) that really seem to be working for me.
On the overhead chops, I focused on pushing down through the heels and engaging the glutes.
On the twists, it is important to keep the hips/pelvis facing directly forward, and not to twist from the hips.
