7/26/2005 - Roman at Dekalb County Board of Commissioners, Georgia Meeting

1) Roman is speaking in front of Dekalb County, Georgia Board of Commissioners Meeting and describing what is going on in Atlanta Georgetown Condominium Association. Dangerous balconies and possibility of corrupt Board of Directors, Associations Attorney John Luder, and Gavin Cobb, owner of Heritage Property Management, Inc. Heritage Property Management and Ray Engineering received large sums of money to supervise balcony construction process done by Homecraft Technologies.
2) Permits were not obtained for most balconies and no County Inspection was done.
3) Many years Jane and Roman were fighting to improve safety of these balconies and save money to homeowners and Dekalb County, however someone is covering up these wrongdoings and nothing was being done until 2009.
4) In September of 2007 a person fell of the balcony, which collapsed due to code violations. See our next video about it.
