ohh thats nasty!!! I think at the end it maybe says the name of the vodka and that its 160proof, ay ay aiii. It didn't really look like his friends were sending him to hospital, seemed like more of a laugh for them! But you can be sure that those dudes in Russia are no strangers to large amounts of hard liquor I knew of one construction worker who's lunch was (seriously) lard, raw eggs and vodka!!
