Any mined mountain or land is privately owned or leased so the mountains are not yours. People don't tell you that you can't dig in your yard just because they don't like how it looks. Its their land and they can and will mine it...

The energy industry writes our energy policy. That's why there's little funding for renewable energy because doing so would put them out of business.
