  • this guy is correct that we already have laws in place against acts of violence. we don't need a hate crimes law because personal thought is subjective and such a law can be construed to backfire.

  • MIKE you are aGREAT AMERICAN.I am proud that you represent the HOOSIER STATE.

  • Thankyou Pence. You are a true patriot.

  • ROCK ON EVERYONE! Welcome to a free'er america one that values its neighbors and respects its differences!

  • "Violent attacks against people or property are already illegal regardless of the motive behind them." Those couldn't be truer words Mike! In my opinion, the gays already have enough "rights" as it is. Now not only do they want to redefine marriage but now they want "special" legislation to protect them, when any crime is illegal regardless of who is the victim. I think the gays need to grow up, get over Prop. 8, and realize that the world does not revolve around them.

  • so what we all think is to be subject to gov't approval?

that would include you you know..it all starts with one type of speech or thought...and it snowballs from there...don't think for 1 second it can't happen here...you liberal types spew forth some pretty serious bile and venom yet noones gonna lock you in a federal prison for it...you HATE republicans and that's that's both obvious and ok and you claim to be for free speech..it's quite obvious you are NOT for it

  • hats off to this gentleman for speaking the truth

  • Great upload. Pence is correct

  • no--government should never be allowed to tell the people what they can and cannot say as free speech. it doesn't mean what they say may be correct, but government should never be allowed that much power. everyone is entitled to their opinion, no matter what anyone else thinks. as long as it is expressed peacefully, it is our right to do so.

  • The first attack on free speech is in the form of "anti-hate", but the gentleman is right it is nothing more than a though-crime bill.

Down with anti-free speech bills. This is no different than the anti-free speech bill put forth by the UN in reference to Islam.

Never criticize free speech, it is the basis our of life.

No, I am not against gay marriage, I am simply pro free speech.
