  • 1979 Ford LTD II, and 1977 Pontiac LeMans are the squad cars being used. They are disguised City of Milwaukee police cars. The blue was added to the front and rear quarter panels, and the word Milwaukee was changed to Municipal. At the time, Milwaukee's police fleet also included Plymouth Fury squads as well. So, Motorcraft was testing its parts in all big three makes of autos.

  • Opps my mistake there is a Pontiac in the background. Had to watch it twice to catch it. Funny I dont remember those Galaxies being used in the PD, they must have not lasted to long.

  • Sheriff Buford...

Are you really a Sheriff because I am surprised. A LeMans is Pontiac not the Ford Galaxys you see in this commercial. Ford made and still makes the Police Interceptors which date back into the early 60's, today they are the Crown Vic Police Interceptors we use.

  • Nice '77 LeMans Enforcer..
