I am a christian, and I like this song because it's true that some christians can be very judgemental and closed-minded, and that is wrong. I respect and even can relate to atheists and agnostics, and I wouldn't condemn anyone for what they do or don't believe. So I still agree with the meaning of this song. Just thought I'd let everyone know that not all christians fit the stereotype of being judgemental. :) A few of my best friends are agnostics, although I don't know any atheists.

@emery6601 I'm an atheists, so there you know one now, kind of :D and I really think its cool you think that way, allot of people at my school are christian and think I'm the equivalent to a terrorist for not believing in any spiritual beliefs.
