  • Lolita we will miss u very much. My favorite time with her was when i went to the blue grass festival in hollister with her dear friend jimmy wyatt to see her perfrom and camp with her and she went to the ladies room with me and she did not have her lipstick on her and she asked to borrow some of my lipliner mind you it was a maroon red color she didn't seem to mind & that's just how she was, a very loving and caring woman and i'm just glad i had the privilage to get to know her personally.

  • Thank you for sharing that memory of Lolita. How cute that she didn't want to be seen without lipstick! She was a pretty lady.

  • Sad news.... My Great Aunt Lolita passed away in California the morning of Nov 14th 2009.

    RIP Aunt Lolita....Lova ya

  • My condolences on the loss of your great-aunt. She was a very sweet lady. I will treasure even more her handmade train locomotive Christmas ornament that I bought from her the day I recorded this video.

  • Yes she's the very same one!

  • Pretty cute banter between Lolita and guitarist Paul Jacobs. When I first saw them perform together, I thought it was odd how the "long-haired cowboy" and the "well-coiffed old lady" played so well off of each other. A study in differences, but they were good friends.

    We'll miss you, Lolita!

  • YOU GO AUNTIE LOLITA!!!

  • Is this the same "Yodeling Lolita" that sang with the Music Farmers back in the '70's?

  • Fun Stuff
