The Man Who Wrote 1000 Songs & The Man Who Sings Them!
The first in a series of information and education films on Rocky Blumhagen and his Cole Porter music. Cole Porter wrote over 1000 songs. He is a major author of what has become called the Great American Songbook. In Part 1, Rocky tells his story and how he came to learn of Cole. We also see inside Kung Fu Bakery Recording Studios in Portland Oregon. Rocky and Ron Abel of Broadway fame, lay down the latest and greatest rendition of many of Porter's famed show and movie tunes.
