I believe if the Plaintiff would've told the truth and not bring the pity party, the Judge wouldn't have pulled her record. I have a friend, He has 5 felony convictions. He has been sober for 4 1/2 years and is almost done with probation, and will have the opportunity to expunge a couple of those convictions! So you can rehabilitate, but this chick has too many excuses and blames everyone for everything.
