@pixelatedDream most CHILDREN are too big for that seat. Its meant for a little individual that is able to sit up on its own. hence the little strap that's there. I assume you missed the assumption that the child was 6 months...unless Juice saw the birth certificate, there is no way to be 100% certain about the age (especially since most kids now don't look their actual age). it was unfortunate, but if the baby was leaning over, it was going to fall whether mom is there or not.

@pixelatedDream I couldn't agree more. A baby is a precious gift. A gift that not everyone is lucky to receive in this lifetime. Yes, people make mistakes. We're human. But if you blatantly assume that a child will 'be careful', that assumption can lead to distress, heartache or worse. Just watch the kid(s), and be cautious of their surroundings.
