If only love can save the world, the remaining 1.4 million viewers' love would have been more than enogh. Miss the good old days where every channel you turn to keeps you entertained with soaps for the whole day.

my grams favorite soap oprea she used to watch it all the time. I am sure she will miss it very much.

I stopped watching when they killed phillip off (huge mistake), then starting watching again when they brought him back from the dead, till the end.

This makes me sad to see the final openings for Guiding Light. I watched it for 28 years. THEN they put idiot talk shows and game shows on in this and As The World Turn's place

@Sheri451 I still miss GL. Sad to see the soaps go. Losing them is like losing old friends.

Oh, I thought a fan added the images over the opening. My bad! Anyway, I really liked this opening sequence a lot.
