IN THIS VIDEO, you will see a host of operations going on at Republic Airport that are almost all related to the Jones Beach Airshow. You'll see the Snowbirds taxiing back to their parking spots on a part of the Sheltair ramp, the Thunderbirds departing from Runway 14 (including a media flight), the Heritage Flight returning, a B-17 Flying Fortress arriving, as well as a large amount of P-51 Mustang operations, as Jim Beasley, Ed Shipley, and Dan Friedkin arrive, take off, do the Horsemen performance, return, and fly a host of media flights. The video shot near where the Mustangs were parked was shot with permission by Jim, Ed, and Dan and the entire ASB.TV staff on hand for the airshow.

There will be no Main Act at all. The F-22 Demo Team confirmed they will not be flying for Jones Beach due to Mechanical Problems at Langley AFB (Their Oxygen is gone anywhere above 30,000 Feet) they attempted to fix it last week and successfully did so but something went wrong Two Days ago and now they've confirmed it. The only Interesting acts will be the A-10 and T-6, and their just Secondary Performers, other than that it's the usual performers.

This year 2011 their will be no Thunderbirds because they have an Airshow that same weekend in Turkey. As of right now the people at Republic Airport are trying to get different planes and mini shows to put in they're place
