Fixes needed on 1660 Sacramento #6:

1. Right window panel in living room, latch does not close
2. Center window panel in living room, blinds broken, do not open entirely
3. Electrical outlet in living room is broken and ALSO needs a GROUND if possible to avoid potential fire damage ... there is [what appears to be] a grounded outlet on the other side of the wall, so this should be a very easy change to make while they are replacing the cracked outlet.
4. Chipped paint on sliding doors needs touch-up with original paint color
5. Cracked paint near vent in kitchen needs touch-up and possible repair
6. Deteriorated paint above backdoor needs touch-up with original paint color; seems to be due to moisture damage??? Is this from another leaky radiator upstairs? Should be worried about further water/humidity damage?
7. Bathroom window seems to be jammed and does not open at all; this could lead to moisture buildup and mildew damage
8. Shower door does not close entirely, seems to be off its track and this could lead to water/mildew damage
9. Dangerous exposed screw-tip on top of shower door
