Criado pelo Dr. Yoshiaki Omura, Médico, que estudou Engenharia Elétrica e Física, esse método de diagnóstico de doenças foi levado para a Nicarágua por Átom Inoue ( seu assistente ) e chegou ao Brasil em 1993 através do Pe. Renato. É usado desde então pelos voluntários da Pastoral da Saúde da Igreja Católica no Brasil. É realmente funcional e revolucionário.
