Here is the latest video clip of the Gilbert flip home. In this video I talk about how granite countertops in the bathrooms really make the room pop. It is important to do some inexpensive upgrades so that there are some features that differentiate the home from other homes on the market.

I also talk about the ugly sandpit in the backyard that is just that a pit! Hopefully, a little rock and some plants will bring that backyard back to life. Anyone need a plastic playhouse?
