Well I just took Kefka's sprite and added his laugh too it. Nothing hard to do, this felt like posting this here. You know you love his laugh.....oh and sorry for the blurry image

People think that Kefka didn't had a reason, but in truth, he had. In the Final Fantasy VI Ultimania is stated that Kefka had a troubled past, being left by his parents at an orphanage and then being bullied by the other children of the orphanage. He grown up and became a great general to the Gestahlian Empire, but he wasn't evil, until the experience that gave him magical powers, but at the same time, destroyed his mind. All that together and a Hitler was born.
