@idanguttsait Riftshards wouldn't be the BEST choice to have on scout since his passive grants crits and it doesn't stack. If you did buy riftys the engine simply picks the higher of the two crits and chooses that one. There are better items to buy.

It was abt 150 matches ago i used scout. Yet, scout is still my most used hero 15%... zzzzzzzzz

dude. Skaut is best hero. Pick vanish level 1 for extra movement speed. You won't need boots.
Also.. get codex!

nevermind that, i mean that she is now PURELY skill dependent... some newbie cannot donate as much to his team as much as he could prenerf.
they have destroyed Ap eve, and in my opinion Ad eve ain't better.
the only way to fix her is to put an AD ratio on her Q, and turn her into the perfect jungler again.
