National Guard to patrol Chicago

It is clear that there is a vision to employ a Federal military police force inside the United States.

A study commissioned by the U.S. Army and written by the RAND Corporation calls for the creation of a hybrid military / law enforcement unit which could (and will) be put to use in the United States to take charge of riot control and SWAT duties, according to the authors.

If you think this is some sort of conspiracy theory, I suggest you go read the report for yourself and wrap your head around the implications.
