The recent HR 4213 Unemployment Extension Bill does not involve unemployment benefits for those 99ers or those that have received 99 weeks of their unemployment benefits. What will happen to these unemployed individuals now?

If one checks their claim status online and it says initial claim as been processed please file biweekly claim as instructed but then told from a confused person who works at unemployment that they cant get it cus they used up their 99wks when in reality he didnt because he had breaks and didnt use it for 2yrs straight. Again this idiot at unemployment doesnt know what theyre talking about

@onawa2000 A friend of mine said he was on unemployment off and on for 2yrs which means he wasnt collecting for 2yrs straight b/c he had breaks in between, when he check his claim status it said your claim has been processed and file your biweekly claim as instructed which hes assuming that he will get a letter soon, yet when he talked to someone at unemployment they told him he cant get it cus he was on for 99wks??? He thinks that this person doesnt know what theyre talking about.
