Do you want the dollar to crash? Why? What do you want to be accomplished with the USA going into a depression?

I see your rationale, but at the same time, if the people can pull off a second American revolution, rather than a ill-fated French or Russian style revolution, then the opportunity for real change and advancement could be great. Too often, revolutions turn into despotism and terror, which is why we need noble and morally upright men, at the helm of such a revolution. The 2nd American revolution needs a Washington, not a Lenin, Stalin, Napoleon or Hitler.

The economy should collaspe completely, not as fast as possible but harder than possible. that is to say a global collapse following a national one. the people suffering most would only be deserving for not having invested in self-sustaining means while it was possible. i believe the true nature of humanity to be apparent only in times of seeming desperation. society of the lower classes will snap back to a form of sensibility in the months following the event.
