  • The guy in the middle row wearing the dark t-shirt have his lower hand way too high. It should be closer to the blade.

  • @happydragon5077 - Yes, you're right! But, do keep in mind that it's this guy's very FIRST time at DB and he was trying it out. Now, two yrs later, he has stuck to the sport and has improve lots since this video has been taken.

  • hi im new to Dragon boat, what is rotation? is it when you do a C shape with your arms ??

  • @jakylili - Rotation is when you do your reach and twist your back to get an extra reach... and when you pull the water, you sit back-up while un-twisting your back... that's rotation.

  • If only singapore have such places to practice.

  • @d00m33 - Show-me pics/video of yours once you get it. Love to see it!

  • @montrealdragonfly - Awesome, that thing is meant for rowing?? It doesnt look like the water goes wide enough to accommodate the oars. Our tank will be purely built for DB, but its cool that this one can do both.

  • @d00m33 - This is a rowing room which they've adapted to our paddling needs. Another club gotten one made purposely for DB and that one is way MORE amazing that this one shown in the video.

  • This looks amazing, I can't wait till the paddling tank at our clubhouse is built.

  • thanks : )

  • Rotation is when you twist your back and your back is practically side by side with the edge of the boat... giving you an extra reach = pulling more water = moving the boat even more... also, the back muscle is way stronger then just using your arms.
