Not tryin to be an ass but EverQuest 2 sucks ass bigtime,Now EverQuest 1 Rules and its way better and not fucked up zonewise like EQ2 not to mention fucked up story Plot like in EQ2 also.

Did you ever do pawbuster phildd0t? or Venril Sathir? or Leviathon....where you have to melee only and send people to jump inside him and set off bombs, and can only attack at certain times or he will bounce your attack back at you? Or how about tomb of the mad crusader? Done the snake there? Either you haven't raided on eq2 lately, or your pencil is REALLY smart lol.

No actually almost all of the raids are 10x simpler than this and require less thought than what a pencil does for paper.

o ok cause i didnt see any melee when i playd eq for ps2 melee could not hit half of the fights and every 1 was behind a wall out of los on top of each other which was pretty lame

Well if you look at the size of the dragon when he falls over, you'll see that we'r all really standing under his belly... so well within melee range :P

is this how all the raids are in eq 2? you have the tank hitting the boss and every1 out of los?

Most of the thime the main raid is behind the monster yes, to try to avoid any frontal attacks. Alot of the encounters have aoe's that hurt everyone, and this one has several. He even selects a random person in the raid that will knock everyone near that person up and back, that's the 'hourglass' comment.
