i tied this fly.....it came out pretty good but not as good as this.
anyway i catch alot of bass on it in florida but will trout in east tennese eat this in july??

@pat34ful Yes, if there are grasshoppers around the river, this will work very well. Even without hoppers, it's a great attractor pattern...

Great pattern, thanks for posting. I am going out west to fish Wyoming, Yellowstone and Montana at the end of September. Will this pattern work there?

Yeah, it's really killer. I caught a 21 inch cutt on it last week in Utah.
