Electric Violin - Alex Mitchell performs "Soldier's Lullaby"

"Soldier's Lullaby" is sad and reflective for obvious reasons. It's a little more mature than the other songs I put up here, a little more involved. In 2008, a remastered recording of this song was included on physical copies of my newest EP, "Intercosm," and the song will be re-recorded for the album I'm working on now.

Again, this is all performed live with an electric violin and loop station/pedalboard effects. The amp gets kinda crunchy when I kick in the octave sub in the middle, but the 2 second delay effect makes some kickass harmonies.

I was just poking around and noticed this video figured I'd check it out, it is a very moving piece, a very beautiful at that, I never heard of Alex Mitchell before, but after hearing the tribute I am impressed.

I've decided I'm going to down load it and share it as an example of music alternatives excellent example of Mastery in this case.
