Except that isn't the end of the story. At least for people who live around there. That stuff ends up being dispurssed all over the place and though it is not radioactive, it is still toxic. Get it? It is not a radiation hazard, it is a toxic chemical hazard. Because we're Americans and have a Consticution, we assume no responsibility for our actions? Because our motives are "pure" we can poison indescriminately? The end justifies the means? Isn't that a Soviet stance?

depleted = non-isotope? Just a silly question.Lead=ultimate non-isotope.Depleted uranium=extremely heavy,but not radioactive.Look it up in the high school chemistry textbook.
