Judge Orders 50 Cent To Give Up His Guns

In Breaking News Today, a New York City Judge ordered queens rapper Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson to surrender all of his guns and weapons to authorities. This comes as part of the latest round of court battles with the rapper and his former girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins. Tompkins told the judge that she was living in fear for her life and the life of the couple's 10 year old son Marquise Jackson. The Judge decreed that 50 Cent is to have no contact with MS. Tompkins or any of her associates. Brett Kimmel A lawyer representing the rapper denied that 50 Cent, a convicted felon barred from owning guns possessed any such weapons. Despite stating that the rapper didn't own any guns Kimmel also stated that he and his client planned to fight the ruling. Adding to the drama, the judges ruling comes on the heels of a $20M deformation suit levied by 50 Cent against MS. Tompkins. The $20M suit of course stems from the comments that MS. Tompkins made to reports last month after the $2.4M she was living in burned down to the ground under in a mysterious fire. 50 Cent and his legal team have been careful not to accuse MS. Tompkins in the blaze, but his ex and her attorney Paul Castadonis have both made public their suspicions that the rapper was involved. While it is still not clear what will happen with custody of the couple's son Marquis Jackson, Shaniqua Tompkins is now upping her claims to the rappers fortune, telling the judge that he entered into a verbal contract with her that gurantees her half of 50 Cent's assests and custody of Marquis.
