香港一年四季都有不同的生果,不過芒果最好吃的季節,當然是夏天了,現時的芒果又大又甜,用來做甜品最適合,如果買到的芒果夠甜,材料的糖可以略為減些少,這個甜品同樣不­需焗爐,方便又易整。
