A quick outline of various types of audio solutions for your video. In this video, I'm looking at the on camera video from a Canon Vixia HF10, a Zoom H2 handy recorder, a Shure SM58 handheld mic, a Canon DM-100 shotgun mic, and an Audio Technica ATR 3350 Lavalier mic.

Hey mate! Phew...for making a music video, I'd recommend first recording the track, preferably in a studio environment, and then use this track as both the playback during your filming, and the final soundtrack output. Remember, always go for the highest quality audio you can, and in this case, that's a direct recording. Shoot me a message when it's up...I'd love to have a look! :)
