Syracuse University iSchool Professor R. David Lankes facilitated two Midwinter conversations about understanding communities and transforming librarianship. Midwinter attendees met in rotating groups to discuss librarianship's needs and how they might be achieved. Stacy Weitzner, facilitator with the graphic recording company Sunni Brown, made visual representations of the conversations, and many participants drew their ideas as well to spur further conversations.
