When it went from 1989 to 1990 I rang in the new year watching the arsenio hall show. I was in 8th grade. I still have a photo (35 mm film of course) of me taking a snapshot of the TV the moment it turned 1990.

He was the the black Johnny Carson back then. He attracted more audiences. He was fun to watch. Arsenio Hall Show was the place for brand new artists to perform for naatiional media attention. My friend was one of those artists at that time.

This is so funny!... I mean, I haven't seen Arsenio Hall's show in years!... And what makes me laugh the most, is remembering Keenan Ivory Wayans imitating Arsenio, and what sticks out the most is Keenan's index finger, just like Arsenio... look at Arsenio's index finger... Man, that is hilarious! =)
