@helipilot727 HHO is the common term online for a 2 H2 and 1 O2 mixture. They were not actually incorrectly referring to H2O. You can search for the term "hho" on wikipedia, youtube, or google for more info.
there is no such thing as hho. You have Hydrogen and Oxygen in the same container, which is asking for an explosion. Standing anywhere near a container of that is asking for injury... even a static discharge could cause it to explode.
@joebulatao I've thought of a safer method though I haven't tried it yet. Fill your balloon/garbage bag/barrel from a long cheap plastic hose. This way you can fill it and detonate it without approaching it at all and can make it as dangerously large as you want. To detonate it, you could disconnect the hose from the generator and light the end. The flame front will travel all the way down the line and to your explosive since there is hho within the hose.
It's funny until someone get's hurt. Detonate HHO from a safe distance. Watch my video - HHO Detonator Modified BBQ lighter. BTW I admire your bravery.

I don't know who you are. But I would like to meet you one day.
Really good video.
Just read down the texts here:
The bottle did EXplode. It did NOT implode.
If you want to find out:
firstly read up on your science.
Then: Try it for yourself. We are not just a bunch of hillbillies here. We are working towards a target. And this man is doing well.
